Returns and Reclamations
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase (minus applicable fees, shipping and handling charges) if you submit a claim with a customer service representative and, upon approval, you return it to us within 14 days after you receive it in its original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns of special order products. We do not accept returns on any mattress or bedding!
Please call us at 514-508-4323 or contact email@example.com to submit a claim. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
The purchasing sum - shipping, handling or applicable restocking fees deducted - will be refunded within 14 days from the day the product reaches Optimum Plus. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs will be paid by you.
Only if, after submitting a claim to customer service within 14 days of having received the product, our team decides that the item shipped to you is defective or was damaged before or during transport, Optimum Plus will exchange the product and you will not be charged additional shipping and handling charges.
