1. Sales consultant.

The sales advisor is responsible for supporting customers in their purchasing process by welcoming, advising, and presenting the various products and services offered. He is responsible for the image of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store;
• Inform, advise and support customers in their purchases;
• Perform invoicing with the client;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Understand what is right for the client by listening to them and helping them articulate their needs;
• Perform other related duties.
• Be able to travel to work in our various points of sale.

Qualifications:

• Have a good sense of listening;
• Be a good communicator;
• Have good interpersonal skills;
• Be a good negotiator;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in sales;
• Be available evenings and weekends;
• Bilingualism (French, English spoken)

• Inspect and load products
• Carry out a pre-departure vehicle inspection
• Lift and transport products to customers without damage and assemble them as needed
• Provide excellent in-home customer service
• Record information such as mileage, fuel costs and any issues encountered
• Complete driver registration, including proper cargo accounting and invoicing

• Delivery experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license (only class 5 is required)
• Driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 12 months)
• Ability to regularly lift and transport heavy goods over 50 lbs
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Salary offered:  from 19$ / hr; Annual salary increase and employee price.
