Delivery Options

We offer daily deliveries with options for same-day or next-day delivery on popular items. Delivery for other items typically takes 2-10 business days. For specific timelines, please contact us.

Important: Shipping costs may vary during peak moving seasons and on certain holidays.

Delivery Rates by Region

Islands of Montreal and Laval

  • Delivery Cost: $60  
  • Free Delivery: Orders over $799 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery.  
  • Timing: Same-day or next-day delivery available. Alternatively, you can schedule based on your needs and our availability.  
  • Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  

North and South Shore de Montreal

  • Delivery Cost: $75  
  • Free Delivery: Orders over $799 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery on Saturdays only. On other days, standard delivery fees apply regardless of the order amount.  
  • Delivery Hours: Saturday deliveries can be scheduled based on availability.  

Quebec City

  • Delivery Cost: $60  
  • Free Delivery: Orders over $799 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery.  
  • Timing: Same-day or next-day delivery available. Alternatively, you can schedule based on your needs and our availability.  
  • Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  

Levis, Quebec

  • Delivery Cost: $80  
  • Timing: Delivery is available based on scheduling and availability.  

Areas Outside Montreal, Laval, and Quebec City

  • Shipping Cost: Starting at $75 for all orders.  
  • Order Minimum: For locations further than 50km from our main warehouse (350 rue de Louvain Ouest suite 310, Montreal, QC H2N 2E8), a minimum order of CAD 1,000 is required.

Pickups

To pick up your order, please bring your invoice, ID, and the credit card used for payment. This verification process helps prevent fraudulent activity. Orders cannot be dispatched without verification.  

Warehouse Pickup Hours (Montreal store):

  • Monday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
  • Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
  • Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.  
  • Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

The warehouse is closed on all other days.

Additional Delivery Conditions

  • Verification Required: Please present your ID and the credit card used for the purchase upon delivery. We will verify the last four digits of your card. Orders cannot be dispatched without this verification.
  • Shipping Costs: Prices may vary during peak moving seasons.
  • Order Timing: Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. may experience a 24-hour delay.
  • Special Instructions: You can request specific delivery dates, times, or special instructions at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses.
  • Order Refusal: If you refuse your order upon delivery, a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be charged.
