Return and Exchange Policy
At Optimum Plus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange or refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and assembly charges.
Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: Furniture that has been assembled or attempted to be assembled cannot be returned.
Return Process:

Contact Us: Email us a service@optimum-plus.ca with your invoice number, details, and photos of the item.

Approval: We typically respond within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). Upon approval, you may return the product.
Important Notes:

Non-Returnable in Store: Oversized items (50 lbs. +) such as mattresses and certain furniture require a scheduled return to our depot. Please refer to our depot schedule for more details.

Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, the purchase amount, excluding shipping and assembly costs, will be refunded within 3 days.

Non-Returnable Items: Mattresses and bedding are not eligible for return.
Damage Claims
If your item arrives damaged, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues.
Claim Process:

Email us at service@optimum-plus.ca with your invoice number, a description, and photos of the damaged item.

We will respond as soon as possible, typically within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Warranty Information
Optimum Plus offers a one-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects for furniture, with up to 20 years of warranty for mattresses, depending on the model.

Transportation Costs: Any costs related to the transportation of goods for warranty purposes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty Actions: Products found to be defective under warranty will be repaired, replaced, or credited at the discretion of Optimum Plus.
Refund Policy for Failed Delivery/Pick-Up
To ensure a smooth dispatch process, customers must provide the following documentation:

The invoice

The last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase
Failed Delivery:
If the required documents are not provided at the time of delivery, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount, excluding the non-refundable delivery fee.
Pick-Up Policy:
Customers who choose to pick up their order must present the required documentation.
If the necessary documents are not presented, we cannot release the goods. A refund will be issued in accordance with our policy if the required documents cannot be provided.
