Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information Policy:

  • Flat-rate Delivery: We offer flat-rate delivery across Canada for $69 CAD, handled by trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and others.
  • Shipping Timeline: Orders are shipped within 3 business days after receiving the order confirmation, and delivery will be made according to the carrier's terms and conditions. Once your order is shipped, a representative will provide you with the necessary details.

Return Policy:

You may return your mattress within 14 days of receiving it under the following conditions:

1. Unopened Box: If the mattress is still in its original, unopened packaging, the client is eligible for a full refund, excluding delivery fees and taxes. The client is responsible for covering the return delivery fee and arranging the return shipment by the courier or delivery company of their choice.

Once the return form is submitted and the return process is confirmed by our representative, the return address and delivery instructions will be provided.

2. Unpacked Mattress: If the mattress has been unpacked and used or tested, a 25% restocking fee based on the original product price will apply, along with the return delivery fee. The delivery fee and taxes are non-refundable. The client is fully responsible for organizing the return shipment through the courier or delivery company of their choice.

All information regarding the return address and instructions will be provided once the return form has been submitted and the return process has been approved by our representative.

3. Condition of the Goods: In both cases, the mattress must be returned in perfect condition—no blemishes, damage, or alterations will be accepted.

4.Refund Process: After filling out the return form, a representative will contact you to confirm the return and arrange the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the goods are received and inspected.
