Delivery and Assembly: 

Delivery time can take from 2 to 4 business days depending on stock availability at the warehouse. If you need the item urgently, please contact us before proceeding with the payment to clarify the delivery time frame.

Our furniture is delivered unassembled and is packed in cartons. We offer unpacking and furniture assembly at a good price.

Pickups and Service (Montreal) – Warehouse Hours

Our warehouse is open for pickups during the following hours:

  • Monday: 10am to 4pm
  • Tuesday: 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday: 10am to 5:45pm
  • Saturday: 11am to 4pm

The warehouse is closed on all other days.

 

How to Pick Up Your Online Order

  1. Show your printed invoices and receipts in the store (if the payment was made online) at 

    350 Louvain West, suite 310, Montreal

     to the representative (if you are willing to proceed with your own delivery after buying the items in the store, please, follow the same procedure as below).
  2. After the checking and confirming with the store representative, leave the showroom, head down to the ground floor.
  3. Walk straight ahead until you exit onto the street.
  4. Turn right and follow the path to the parking lot.
  5. Once you're there, look for platforms 1, 2, or 3 to pick up your order.
  6. Your product will be ready in about 10-15 minutes.

 

FAST DELIVERY  

We do deliveries every day and you have a chance to get it at the same or next day for the popular items.

Otherwise within 2-10 business days. Please contact us for more information about the delivery time.

Delivery charges may vary during the moving season and certain days of the year.

 

  • Montreal and  Laval islands 

The delivery cost is $60.

Same day or next day delivery, or later, depending on your needs and our availability.

We do deliveries from 12:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday.  

 

  • Quebec city

The delivery cost is $60.

Same day or next day delivery, or later, depending on your needs and our availability.

We do deliveries from 18:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday.  

The pick ups available all working days* (ask the Qc store) 

 
  • Areas outside of Montreal, Laval islands and Quebec city

The delivery cost starts from $75 for all orders, ask the salesperson for the details.

We do not deliver on Holidays. Any order requested in these days will be delivered the following business day.

To ensure a smooth dispatch process, customers must provide the following documentation:

  1. A valid ID

  2. The invoice

  3. The last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase

Orders received after 13h has a delay of 24h.

Please note preferred delivery date and time and/or special instructions on checkout page. We make every reasonable effort to meet these requests.

Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address and the additional fees may apply.

If you chose to refuse your order at the time of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be applied as well as the transportation costs of the original order.
