Pickups and Service (Montréal) – Warehouse Hours

How to pick up your order or parts/exchange
Show your printed invoice and receipt (if paid online) to a store representative at 350 rue de Louvain Ouest, Suite 310, Montréal, QC H2N 2E8.
If you plan to arrange your own pickup after purchasing in store, follow the same procedure below.

• After checking in with the representative, leave the showroom and go down to the ground floor.
• Walk straight ahead to the street, turn right, and proceed to the parking lot.
• Pick up your order at platforms 1, 2, or 3.
• Your order is typically ready within 10–15 minutes.

Warehouse pickup hours

• Monday: 10:00–16:00
• Tuesday: 10:00–16:00
• Wednesday: Closed
• Thursday: 10:00–17:45
• Friday: Closed
• Saturday: 11:00–16:00
• Sunday: Closed

📍 Important:
Please verify your vehicle’s dimensions and the size of the packaging before arriving. Large boxes often do not fit in sedans. Plan accordingly.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Montréal & Laval

• Fee: $60
• Free delivery: orders of $799+ (before taxes)
• Timing: next-day delivery or scheduled based on your needs and our availability
• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00

South Shore / North Shore of Montreal (Near-Shore Zone)

• Municipalities on the St. Lawrence River or within ~10 km of the shoreline
• Examples: Blainville, Bois-des-Filion, Boisbriand, Boucherville, Brossard, Candiac, Charlemagne, Châteauguay, Delson, Deux-Montagnes, Île Bizard, Île des Sœurs, L’Île-Perrot, La Prairie, Léry, Longueuil, Lorraine, Mascouche, Mercier, Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, Pincourt, Pointe-Calumet, Repentigny, Rosemère, Saint-Constant, Saint-Eustache, Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, Saint-Hubert , Saint-Lambert, Sainte-Catherine, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, Sainte-Thérèse, Terrasse-Vaudreuil, Terrebonne, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac, Varennes.

• Weekdays: $75 ($50 discount on $799+ before taxes)

Long Distance (beyond Montréal & Laval and the Near-Shore Zone)

• Coverage: delivery up to 200 km from our Montréal warehouse
• Warehouse address (for distance calculation): 350 rue de Louvain Ouest, Montréal, QC H2N 2E8
• Pricing: $2 per km, calculated on the driving distance from our warehouse to your address (only when the address is outside the zones above)
• Example: if the driving distance is 100 km, the delivery fee will be $200 plus taxes
• You can estimate your fee with this formula; if you’d like to confirm delivery possibility and the final rate, please contact us (in-store or by phone)
• Minimum order for Long Distance deliveries: $1,000

Quebec City

• Delivery cost: $60
• Free delivery: orders of $799+ (before taxes)
• Timing:  scheduled based on your needs and our availability
• Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00–22:00
• Pickups: available on weekdays* (for details, contact the Quebec store at 418-800-2910)

Lévis, Quebec

• Delivery cost: $80
• Timing: delivery based on scheduling and availability

Areas outside Quebec City & Lévis

• Shipping cost: from $75
• Order minimum: $1,000

General terms

• We do not deliver on statutory holidays. Orders requested for these days will be delivered the following business day.
• Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed on the next business day.
• Please note your preferred delivery date/time and any special instructions on the checkout page. We make every reasonable effort to meet these requests.
• We are not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer; additional fees may apply.
• If you choose to refuse your order at delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply, as well as the transportation costs of the original order.
