Pickups and Service (Montreal) – Warehouse Hours 

How to Pick Up Your Online Order  

  1. Show your printed invoices and receipts in the store (if the payment was made online) at 

    350 Louvain West, suite 310, Montreal

     to the representative (if you are willing to proceed with your own delivery after buying the items in the store, please, follow the same procedure as below).
  2. After checking and confirming with the store representative, leave the showroom, head down to the ground floor.
  3. Walk straight ahead until you exit onto the street.
  4. Turn right and follow the path to the parking lot.
  5. Once you're there, look for platforms 1, 2, or 3 to pick up your order.
  6. Your order will be ready within approximately 10 to 15 minutes.  Video1,Video2

Our warehouse is open for pickups during the following hours:

  • Monday: 10am to 4pm
  • Tuesday: 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday: 10am to 5:45pm
  • Saturday: 11am to 4pm

The warehouse is closed on all other days.

📍 Important:

Please verify your vehicle's dimensions and the size of the packaging before arriving at the warehouse for pickup. Large boxes often do not fit in sedans. Be aware and plan accordingly.

FAST DELIVERY  

We offer daily deliveries, and popular items can be delivered on the same or next day. Otherwise, delivery will occur within 2 to 10 business days. Please contact us for more information about the delivery time.

Delivery charges may vary during the moving season and certain days of the year. Due to high demand during moving days (June 28, June 30, July 2, and July 3) and limited delivery capacities, we can offer free delivery for orders starting from 1600 CAD (before taxes).

Standard delivery conditions apply on other days.

 Montreal and  Laval islands 

  • Delivery Cost: $60  
  • Free Delivery: Orders over $799 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery.  
  • Timing: Same-day or next-day delivery available. Alternatively, you can schedule based on your needs and our availability.  
  • Delivery Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  

North and South Shore

  • Delivery Cost: $75  
  • Free Delivery: Orders over $799 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery on Saturdays only. On other days, standard delivery fees apply regardless of the order amount.  
  • Delivery Hours: Saturday deliveries can be scheduled based on availability.

 Quebec city

  • Delivery Cost: $60  
  • Free Delivery: Orders over $799 (before taxes) qualify for free delivery.  
  • Timing: Same-day or next-day delivery available. Alternatively, you can schedule based on your needs and our availability.  
  • Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

 Levis, Quebec

  • Delivery Cost: $80  
  • Timing: Delivery is available based on scheduling and availability.   

Areas Outside Montreal, Laval, and Quebec City

  • Shipping Cost: Starting at $75 for all orders.  
  • Order Minimum: For locations further than 50km from our main warehouse (350 rue de Louvain Ouest suite 310, Montreal, QC H2N 2E8), a minimum order of CAD 1,000 is required.

We do not deliver on Holidays. Any order requested in these days will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 15h00 will be processed on the next business day.

 

Additional delivery conditions:

To ensure a smooth dispatch process, customers must provide the following documentation:

  1. A valid ID

  2. The invoice

  3. The last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase

If you chose to refuse your order at the time of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be applied as well as the transportation costs of the original order.
